Premium Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks smell great when you open the bag. Judging by the color and aroma these are good quality cinnamon sticks. The Cinnamon sticks arrived in good condition and not broken. These cinnamon sticks can be ground in a grinder. mortar and pestle or using a micro plane grater.
Ceylon cinnamon is said to be a delicate flavor. Well, I understand the meaning of delicate I feel like these have no flavor at all almost. It takes a couple of them to really get the good flavor profile that I was looking for. That said if you’re looking for a very delicate, nice, soft cinnamon I think these are what you’re looking for. They are very well packaged and fresh and easy to maintain the freshness as they zip back up. We will probably use these for some simple things that don’t require a strong cinnamon profile. I actually do like these and my child prefers them as they are not a fan of cinnamon, however I feel that they are just not strong enough to even be considered a good cinnamon stick. Perhaps I’m off with my flavors so will no Deduct points from them. It may be more of a preference thing and these actually are fresh and tasty so am I the judge your flavor is
